A successful implementation is dependent on a number of factors including clear specifications, well-defined integration-focused testing, and comprehensive training to name but a few. The DLOGIX implementation methodology is designed to capture every facet of deployment and we produce a comprehensive project plan that specifies every step and deliverable from project kick-off to system go-live and beyond.
To start, we evaluate the physical operation, business process, and workflows, all integration requirements, hardware/platform options, whether on-site or hosted. We review all system aspects and how they integrate with other internal and external systems in addition to evaluating existing data resources and how they can be migrated to newer systems.
